Sangtraash

Description

The book chronicles two decades of continuous struggle by Shamim Ahmed, described as a leader ("Qaid-e-Urdu") devoted to the Urdu cause, documented candidly and without exaggeration by the author. Endorsed by Mohammad Farooq (Resident Editor, daily Roznama Saharaa, Kolkata), the book is praised for shedding light on the darkness of injustice and bringing forth a life story that has served as a source of inspiration, particularly for the Urdu-speaking community of Bengal. A compelling read for those interested in language activism and grassroots struggle in India.
