Shipping
We currently ship using India Post, a reliable, government-backed courier service. Other courier partners will be added once their reliability and authenticity are established.
Pan India delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes; unserviceable PIN codes will be flagged at checkout.
International shipping — see International Orders below. Overseas orders are placed via WhatsApp or Instagram DM only.
Shipping charges: ₹79 on orders where the cart MRP is under ₹499; FREE delivery on orders where the cart MRP is ₹499 and above.
Dispatch time: Orders are verified and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: Typically 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on location and India Post transit times. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Fast/Urgent delivery: Available at an additional charge — contact us via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm cost before ordering.
Tracking updates are sent via SMS, email, and WhatsApp upon dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or shows no tracking movement, contact us — we will follow up with India Post.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a free reshipment or full refund, at your choice.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns — Incorrect or Defective Product
7-day exchange/return window from date of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Items must be unused, with original packaging intact. Every return is inspected before a refund/exchange is processed.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Order Cancellation
Cancel before dispatch by emailing us with your Order ID. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, only returned under the above conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days of the returned item being picked up/received.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI).
Payment Method
Currently accepted: Secure UPI only. Cash on Delivery (COD) will be enabled and shown at checkout once launched.
Forex charges are applicable on international / foreign-currency payments and are borne by the customer (as levied by their bank or payment provider).
